Will my health insurance cover therapy?
Your therapy coverage depends on your insurance plan. Many plans cover mental health, but it's important to check your policy to know what's included. Some plans may have limits on sessions, therapist options, or specific rules. To find out exactly what your insurance covers, contact them or check your policy. Taking a moment to understand your benefits or consider other options will help you get the support you're looking for.
How long will the process take?
How long we work together depends on what you need and how things go. It could be a few sessions or take more time, depending on your situation and how we connect. We'll figure it out together as we go, focusing on what's best for your growth and well-being.
How do I book an appointment?
Booking an appointment is easy. Just go to our website's 'Contact' page and complete the form and we will get back to you within 24 hours. Alternatively, you can find email address and phone number at the bottom of every page. Reach out, and I will help you find a time that works for you. You can also schedule directly using the bookings buttons on the home and price pages. I offer flexible options on weekdays, some evenings, and Saturday's to fit your schedule.
Can I do all my sessions over the internet?
Yes, I provide online therapy sessions for your convenience using platforms like Zoom, Google Meet, and Teams. You can join the session from wherever you feel comfortable, be it at home or another private space. Online therapy works well for busy schedules, mobility concerns, or if you simply prefer remote sessions. Keep in mind that it may not be the best fit for everyone, and some people prefer in-person meetings. But if you're okay with technology and have a reliable internet connection, online therapy can offer effective support. Rest assured, I am committed to providing the same level of care as in-person sessions.
